CHRISTOPHER E. SANSPREE
Christopher E. Sanspree was a shareholder in one of the largest plaintiffs’ firms in the nation and concentrated his practice entirely on representing individuals against large corporations and insurance companies before starting his own law firm in 2007. Mr. Sanspree continues to dedicate his entire practice to helping individuals and companies obtain justice through
compensation for their losses. Mr. Sanspree has been involved with numerous cases against individuals, financial institutions
and insurance companies that have resulted in tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, including a $2.9 million verdict in securities fraud case in 2004 (which remains the
larges verdict in Henry County, Alabama history), and a consumer fraud case in Escambia County, Alabama where a jury returned a $500,000 verdict against Alfa Insurance Co., (which
remains the largest consumer fraud verdict in Escambia County, Alabama history). Mr. Sanspree is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the MultiMillion Dollar Advocates Forum—collectively known as The Top Trial Lawyers in America. Established in 1993, this prestigious organization limits membership to attorneys who have achieved million
and multimilliondollar verdicts or settlements. With over 4,000 members nationwide, fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers qualify for membership.
